Oh boy, what do we have here! Hauled into the Brewery as fast as Behemoth could muster on a blue pallet. A Fresh Hop West Coast IPA bursting with the glorious powers of Claytons trial hop CIP 076, a hop so juicy it practically fell out of the orchard and into the kettle. Expect a wave of ripe orange, peach, nectarine and mango, backed up by a cheeky little earthy bite that reminds you these hops were happily living on the vine not long ago. It's fresh, punchy, and brighter than whoever came up with these puns... Harvest is in full swing, so grab and enjoy - fresh is best!

Back from the grave and holier than thou, No New Pope is Behemoth's big, bold, Black Smoked Imperial Stout. This stout is rich, roasty, and cloaked in divine smoke, like incense in a cathedral... if that incense was set on fire by a pyromaniac monk with a taste for strong beer. No drying, no waiting just pure, green Nelson Sauvin captured at peak harvest. Think big, dank, tropical fruits with fresh cut gooseberries. This is Sauvin in its freshest, wildest form, bright, green, and unapologetically bold. Beware! You may be a king or a little street sweeper, but sooner or later you dance with the reaper.

Sometimes when you're getting things done in New Zealand's humidity you just want something cold & refreshing that's smashable without getting you smashed. Here in your hand is a beautiful Low Carb Pale Ale. Wait, yes you read that correctly, Low Carb, in fact it's more than 40% less carbs than our Chur! Pale Ale. So you don't have to feel guilty about drinking more than 1, we think that's pretty chur. We have brewed this beer to be big on drinkability but also massive on aroma and flavour. Perfect to crack open after doing some chores or even the first beer after a long day at work. We have brewed this beer with Pale and Vienna malts to finish super dry then hopped it with a load of our favourite American and NZ hops. So, what're you still doing reading this? Behemoth has combined some of their all time favourite hops: Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Galaxy to bring you a medley of soft juicy flavours and aromas. They put the good things in so you can wear the something hazy grin.

Something Hoppy is an India Pale Ale made with Citra, Azacca, and El Dorado hops that meld over a lovely malt cushion. Sometimes all you need is something hoppy and this is the beer for those times. To be fair, most times are those times.
