Made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes grown on the limestone-rich albariza soils of the estate vineyard Pago Balbaino, this wine is aged for an average of 5 years under flor yeast in American oak casks, using the traditional solera y criaderas system. Bright straw yellow in colour, this Fino opens with enticing aromas of nectarine, white peach, and subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp and layered - starting with stone fruits, then evolving into a savoury, saline profile with hints of chalk, citrus oil, Brazil nut, and quinine. A vigorous, long finish leaves a refined fleur de sel impression that lingers with elegance. Serve well-chilled (5-8°C) as an aperitif or paired with cold cuts, marcona almonds, olives, seafood, fried fish, or Ibérico ham.

Rockburn Chardonnay leans towards the crisper and lighter end of the spectrum, demanding minimal use of oak. The nose is pure and subtle with elements of wet stone, lemon zest and ripe peach. The palate is full, textural with fine tension, showing lemon meringue, butterscotch and delicate minerality and a zesty finish. A perfect complement to roast chicken, risotto, and seafood.

On the picturesque Gibbston Back Road you will find our Pinot Gris Vineyard. Grapes were hand harvested early morning and fermented in small batches. This youthful pinot gris is then subtlety aged in older French oak, thus adding additional layers of texture and weight to the palate and enhancing those exceptional aromatics and flavours. On the nose you'll find aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, and Nashi pear with a vibrant luscious palate and long, zesty finish. Complements rich or light seafood meals and most spiced cuisine, very versatile.

Rockburn Seven Barrels Dick Bunton Vineyard Gibbston Pinot Noir. Every year Rockburn fill hundreds of French Oak barrels with Pinot Noir, and every year they search for those individual barrels that most eloquently speak of site and season. This wine exemplifies the sophistication of Gibbston Valley Pinot Noir. In the glass the colour is an opalescent light garnet and when taken to the nose you are rewarded with a wonderful aroma of spice and florals with a lovely nuance of oak. Restrained strawberry and raspberry flavours are suspended on a fabulous acid structure and very fine tannins complement the taste experience. This a beautifully structured, balanced wine. The finish is long and lingering. Overall, the wine is delicate but yet powerful, somewhat reminiscent of wines from the spiritual home of Pinot Noir.

It all started with a kiss! A Stolen Kiss Rosé back in 2006, when winemaker Malcolm Rees-Francis 'stole' some Pinot Noir grapes that were destined for Rockburn's flagship Central Otago Pinot Noir and turned them into one of the country's first premium Rosé wines. Once unleashed into your glass its candy-floss and crème-brûlée aromas shall sashay into a flirtatious toffee-apple and simmering strawberry palate smeared with cherry lip-gloss; most fun to drink chilled on sultry summer afternoons and evenings.

Rosie Rosé is crisp and playful, boasting red berry fruits balanced by a vibrant finish.

RUA Pinot Noir has a rich and generous palate, with black cherry, raspberry and plum notes supported by vanilla and classic Central Otago dried herbs. A subtle spiciness adds to the complexity. The silky tannins are well integrated in this fresh and vibrant Central Otago Pinot Noir.

This Central Otago Pinot Noir is lavishly layered with sweet, ripe, red berries, underpinned with savoury characters and a touch of spice.

Ruffino Chianti DOCG is an approachable, easy-drinking wine that has predominantly fruity and floral aromatics, with hints of spice and hazelnut. The palate is soft with a medium body and nice balance, displaying pleasantly fruity characteristics.
