This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices. The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods. The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

In Scots, a "Deacon" is an adept and proficient master tradesman. The Deacon stands as an homage to craftsmanship in all its forms. Created by expert distillers, it brings together single malts from Islay and Speyside, uniting peaty coastal smoke with a softer, bonfire-like mainland character. On the nose, notes of charred orange, sweet malty biscuits, and woodsmoke emerge, followed by juicy orange, delicate spice, and tangy peat on the palate, finishing long, smooth, and gently sweet with lingering smoke. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, whose glow inspires the whisky's striking, ornate bottle stamped with its iconic mascot, The Deacon presents an unconventional yet balanced expression.
