This lighter alcohol Pinot Gris is a pale golden straw colour with beautiful fresh green apple and pear aromas. In the mouth the wine is crisp and bursting with flavours reminiscent of Granny Smith apple and honeysuckle.

The aromas are complex and sweet, showing toasty stonefruit aromas with hints of tropical fruit and flinty notes. The palate is rich with a fine structure and up-front fruit and a long finish. The wine is textural and rich in style with a fine finish showing great persistence and freshness.

The Gaia Project wines reflect Mission Estate's sustainability journey so far. Sourced from some of the best Hawke's Bay vineyards, this delicious Chardonnay is expressive and vibrant. Soft and generous with excellent structure; fresh citrus notes are beautifully balanced with ripe peach, apricot and finely integrated toasty notes.

The palate is softly textured with intense fruit highlighted with refreshing acidity. The finish is long and very persistent. Very enjoyable drinking already, the wine will age well for up to five years.

The palate is balanced, has lovely acidity and very full in the mouth with a persistent finish.

The colour is pale gold and the nose has rich fruit and citrus aromas with some vanilla and toasty notes. On the palate, sweet buttery and stone fruit flavours come through on the fine mid palate. The oak is subtle and well integrated with bready lees characters

The aroma shows intense pear and tropical fruit aromas. The palate is full, showing intense fruit, a fine structure with good minerality and a long clean dry finish. The wine's texture is characterised by the very clean mouthfeel and lingering flavours.

The bouquet has fresh grapefruit, floral, herbal and passion fruit aromas. In the mouth the wine has very good weight and texture with fine acidity. The finish is juicy with good weight, and has an incredibly long finish.

Montana Affinity Pinot Gris retains the full flavour and aromas typical of their Pinot Gris, but made in a low alcohol expression. It has aromas of ripe pear, rockmelon and white florals. The balanced fresh acid comes with generous pear, apple and confectionery notes. Perfect match with Veal scallopini, mushroom risotto, fresh salad with grilled chicken.

Montana Affinity Sauvignon Blanc retains the full flavour and aromas typical of their Sauvignon Blanc, but made in a low alcohol expression. On the palate the crisp acidity coupled with a textural sweetness which is reminiscent of fresh grapefruit. Texturally the wine is punctuated by a light spritz that stimulated the palate, lifting the aromas and flavours, providing a carefree, refreshing sip.
