The Ned Rosé - A wonderfully scented and pure fruited aroma that melds elements of red berry compote and watermelon with subtle woody notes of sun-warmed raspberry canes. A sensitively handled blend of two Pinot varieties; one where the Noir delivers a long, saturated core of pure berry fruit flavour with crisp acid edges and a lightly drying tannin tail whilst the Gris provides the perfect juxtaposition - a subtle richness that lends fruit sweetness, flesh and palate texture.

This Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere Valley displays aromas of crisp pear, juicy ripe citrus and ginger notes. On the palate this fruit-driven wine displays fresh quince, apple, and subtle hints of sweet baking spice and lemon zest. Full-bodied yet bright on the palate, this this is a fresh, bright and richly textured wine with a long and lingering finish.

Sourced entirely from vineyards located in Southern Marlborough's spectacular Awatere Valley, this vibrant wine displays aromas of lemongrass, sweet capsicum and underlying notes of freshly crushed herbs. The palate is layered with flavours of sweet pineapple, crunchy green apple, and supporting notes of fresh lime and pink grapefruit. With outstanding fruit concentration balanced with zesty underlying minerality, this lively, fresh wine leads to a pure, and focused dry finish.

This Nelson Chardonnay displays aromas of lemon zest, ripe nectarine and subtle flinty, mineral notes from use of French oak. On the palate flavours of white peach, bright citrus and notes of toasted hazelnut take this medium bodied and elegantly textured wine to a lusciously long and persistent finish.

A delicate pale pink in the glass, this fresh and fruit-driven Pinot Noir Rosé displays aromas of summer berries with bright floral notes. On the palate watermelon and cranberry combine with subtle strawberries and cream. With notes of citrus and just a hint of sweetness, this finely balanced Rosé is delightfully elegant and refreshing.

Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels wines are crafted from vineyards within this small, sub-region of Hawke's Bay. Deposited by a wandering river, these unique, stony soils create exceptional wines of character and personality. This Chardonnay displays fragrant aromas of white nectarines, citrus blossom and lime zest that are complemented by hints of toasted nuts, flint, and savoury spices. It is refined and complex yet remains fresh and vibrant thanks to a fine acid backbone. These qualities, combined with tangy stone fruit/citrus flavours, integrated spicy/toasty oak results in a delicious palate with a salivating, lingering finish. A wine of balance, finesse and complexity that are the hallmarks of Trinity Hill Chardonnay.

Typical, fresh aromatics of quality Hawke's Bay Chardonnay are evident on the nose including ripe stone fruit, citrus, and grapefruit. These are complemented on the palate by a creamy richness, hints of roasted nuts and gunflint, and a mouthwatering finish.
