Generous yet elegant this wine has an abundance of ripe sweet plums, dark berries with pepper and spice and integrated smooth supple tannins.

The name MiruMiru translates to mean 'bubbles' in Maori. The fruit was gently pressed with low litres per tonne extraction. The resultant juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks before undergoing full malolactic fermentation. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier parcels were kept separate, blending just before tirage. The nose exhibits light yeasty characters with peach and citrus aromas. An elegant palate showing a blend of peach/citrus chardonnay components followed by the light berry fruits of the pinot noir. The mouth filling mousse completes the palate that is full and persistent.

Inviting vibrant red cranberry colour with medium density. Aromatics of delicate strawberry and forest floor with some spicy tertiary aromas showing. Toasty vanilla oak aromas accentuate the delicate fruit and spice. Strawberries and cream burst on the palate. Smooth medium body with fine tannins. Even palate weight displaying good minerality, terroir and length. Drinking wonderfully now but will continue to reward for the next 2-4 years.

Great New Zealand Chardonnay doesn't happen by cutting corners. What you have here is a full-bodied Chardonnay of beautiful, ripe stone fruits with creamy, classy toasty oak - 'delivering 'that' Go-To Chardonnay.'

The nose is bursting with perfumed pears, and subtle candied fruit. The palate backs this up with sweet pear/fig dominating the fruit flavours and soft texture. The wine has silky drinkability and great balance leaving a clean and crisp finish. Great on its own or with a wide range of cuisine. Pairs especially well with Asian dishes.

Classically Provence pale pink in colour, the nose is expressive and bright with perfumed aromas of red berries and stone fruit. The palate is crisp and fresh; vibrant and fruitful with citrus and red apple notes delivering a long and deliciously full finish.

Tropically scented but with layers of sweet capsicum and floral lime zest rising from the glass initially. This is well backed up by a vibrant, zingy fresh palate with deceptive power and concentration. There is a creaminess to the palate from time on lees that adds a textural dimension, which is in great balance with the driving tropical fruit.
