The wine begins broadly in the palate, seeking all available taste buds, and then expands further with notes of passion fruit, ripe pepper and candied lemon rind throughout the mouthfeel. Texturally the wine is full boded with accompanied by sublime acidity that counterpoints the abundance of complex flavours. Superb on its own or with your own choice of cuisine.

Deep ruby red in colour with aromas of black cherries, subtle coffee crème, redcurrants and dark plums. The palate is intense and immediately mouth-filling with sweet plums and toasty notes. Elegant and powerful, the wine displays fine tannins but with great acidity that gives the wine freshness. Charming and extremely enjoyable now and will age in the bottle well for years to come.

Aromas of lifted, ripe tropical fruit among a mingling of citrus peel, with some exotic guava in the background. The delicate oak influence underpins the fruit on the nose and in the palate gives an immediate softness and accessibility. This swiftly fills the mouth and the balanced acid structure emerges through the folds of supple savoury and sweet fruit characters. The finish is long and, delicious.
