Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is a celebration of the South-East Spanish region, Murcia, and their growers, who have been sustainably growing the botanicals for Bombay Sapphire for decades. Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates the most vibrant and aromatic citrus in the world. Murcia is famous for the finest Fino lemons and each Fino lemon is hand-picked, hand-peeled and hand-dried in the hot Spanish sun. Broken Heart is born from the memory of a beloved life lost. Two Germans who met in the South of New Zealand found friendship in one another, and bonded over the appreciation of creating fine spirits. After Bernd died, Joerg endeavoured to create a gin that captured the heart of those glory days, and henceforth came this finely balanced remedy for a broken heart.
