Against an unforgiving sea the caravel, an iconic Portuguese sea vessel, forges on, braving harsh elements to reach the farthest corners of the earth. Talisker's Malt Master pays homage to the Portuguese origins of these great seafarer's ships, by finishing this supreme maritime whisky in a combination of Ruby, White and Tawny port casks. Reigniting our own passion for exploration, this unusual combination of casks brings uncanny balance to a tumultuous Talisker. Rich bright gold lights the fires of desire, while clear maritime notes of sea air carry hints of oyster shell, salt and sand dune on a spicy and peaty base. Surging through them come rich, sweet hints of white grape, dark fruit and dry tannin. In the mouth, these characters merge as one creamy-smooth richly fruity taste, with waves of saltiness, smoke and spice crashing through the intense finish.

Matured in American oak barrels for a sweet, mellow taste with a rich, smooth Sherry cask finish. Rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes. Fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar on the palate.

Matured in American Oak Barrels and enhanced by a finesse in three different Sherry casks. A classic revelation from the Speyside Valley. A bouquet on the nose marked by freshly baked tarte tatin and vanilla pod, soon giving way to another level of charm as nuances of banana, caramelised orange and fresh ginger completes this tapestry of temptation. A warm and inviting palate detects an avalanche of exotic flavours, glazed nectarines and frangipane, shortly enlightened by hints of sticky toffee pudding, Demerara sugar and Seville oranges.

Matured in American oak barrels and finished in Sauvignon Blanc White Wine Casks to complement the sweet, smooth and fruity taste of Tamnavulin. Colour: Polished amber. Nose: Honeydew melon, green apple, white peach and vanilla coconut cream. Palate: Lemon, grapefruit and baked apple tart with a hint of ginger and cinnamon spice. Finish: Soft, sweet and fruity.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.
