Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey is a distinctive blend of hand-selected grain and malt whiskeys, initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before spending up to 12 months in Central American rum casks. It is then finished in casks that held a bespoke Sherry blend of aged Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez, crafted specifically to complement the house style. The Dalmore 12 is a Highland Single Malt shaped by careful maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a finish in rare, aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007.
