The Private Bin series has been inspired by the McGuigan family tradition to always share a special family wine with their guest. This Shiraz features delightful dark cherry and plum aromas integrated with some smoky vanillin characters and cinnamon from the oak. The wine has a good mouth feel with both cherry and plum flavours with a peppery spice.

This medium-bodied Shiraz is luscious and fruit driven that fills the mouth with blackberries and upfront fruit sweetness. Well-balanced with integrated, soft tannins and hints of spice and pepper. A great accompaniment to rich, flavourful dishes such as Lamb roast or a juicy beef burger.

Subtle spice and vanilla notes complemented by plum and forest berry aromas. This Shiraz has a good length of flavour with sweet blackcurrants and a balanced finish.

Soft and generous with excellent structure; fresh citrus notes are beautifully balanced with ripe peach, apricot and finely integrated toasty notes.

The Gaia Project wines reflect Mission Estate's sustainability journey so far. Sourced from some of the best Hawke's Bay vineyards in the Gimblett Gravels (82%) and Bridge Pa Triangle (18%), with the Gimblett Gravels portion organically grown. This delicious Merlot is expressive and vibrant. Soft and rich with excellent structure; generous blackberry and currant notes are beautifully balanced with spicy components imparted from the barrel-aging.
